Life: Job prospects or Heading North to Seattle, North to PNW's home!

So I am pretty stoked I got a call from Nintendo to be a tester in Redmond.  I could theoretically be paid to play video games.  Its one of my dream jobs.  I've been wanting to test for a really long time, and now it might actually happen!  Very excited to say the least.  I am also excited to see my wife in almost exactly one week's time.  I get to see the kitties too!  I miss everyone up there and the lifestyle of the Pacific Northwest.  Coffee, comic books, bookstores, Pike's Place Market, rain, it seems like its been a lifetime.
