This Annual explains how the world fell to the Rot featuring the key players in the storyline. I am not going to reveal to much more that that.
I felt that this issue just went through the paces. The artwork is pretty good in this issue but it didn't really capture my attention all that much, also, for the cover price of $4.99, I felt that it was a rip-off price wise. Glad that the next few issues are much better!
