I've been fascinated with FX for a really long time. I been watching movies for as long as I can remember. I saw Jaws and parts of the Howling at a very young age, and they terrified me, but I know it was all just movie magic and a youthful "suspension of disbelief". That is when the idea of trying my hand at FX started for me. I've dabbled a bit in small student films back in my old college days. I helped with make up for a previous ShockerFest promo video that had some zombies in it, I can't remember the year, somewhere between 2002 and 2004, if someone that reads this blog wants to chime in if they know in the comments section that would be pretty darn groovy. My most recent zombie transformation was my wife, Symphony, whom I accompanied to a ZombCon to watch Evil Dead on the big screen with an intro with Sam Raimi, Bruce Campbell, and the awesome "Ladies of the Evil Dead". Symphony and I were also able to meet with George A. Romero, Terry Alexander, and John Amplas that next night which was pretty damn amazing.
I seem to be stuck doing zombie make up. That's okay, though trying other stuff would be cool! Alright I am off and running here, see you in a bit with more...
