I thought I would post about another movie that was really insane. I'm going to let the trailer speak for itself...
One of Lucio Fulci's films, The Beyond is a film among films in the Italian horror scene. If you can't take eye-popping gore scenes then this film isn't for you. But it has Satanism, violent village mobs, acid eating away a person's face and more violent and disturbing images (if you're into that kind of thing). It's insanely surreal as well. I love it and own it in the special limited edition tin.
If you like Italian horror films from the 70's and 80's with tons of gore and sub-par dialogue, then this is right up your alley. Give it a chance and you might find a new movie and director.
