10. Make PRO mode for all instruments. If I can play it in RB4 (or whatever you guys are calling it) I want to play for fun and play for real. PRO Vocals and Harmonies and PRO Rhythm Guitar (yes, that is new, give us the option of playing rhythm guitar in the next game!)
11. I like the Battle page on RB.com. Do that but bigger please Harmonix. Battle page right on the video game what what. Rate em'. Post em' to Facebook. Incorporate social media heavily into the game (yet have a turn off feature for that if some players don't want it) with band photos, tweets, blog pages, this feature could be really cool if done properly.
12. Merchandise. RB is doing this with shirts and hoodies on their website, why not make some outfits in the new game and real life too, bridging the gap between gaming and reality. Rock Band Cosplay. Yep, that phrase was said here first, tell you friends about it at RockBandCon! Trademarks soon to be with Harmonix, act fast, supplies limited! Character busts would be cool too. Make DLC Merchandise too! New outfits, new instruments, new venues, etc. I was so sad that most of the character clothes or instruments weren't expanded upon in any of the Rock Band games, at least not to me. *Insert Sad Panda face here*
