If anyone is curious as to what I'm currently reading. I've read this before
... and I've really enjoyed it. It's been so long it's like I'm re-reading it again. But Barker is always a good time to be sure. What are your thoughts Dear Readers about Mr. Barker? Like him? Dislike him? I first read The Damnation Game when I was eleven, probably a little too young to be reading it, but I remember liking it quite a bit, though that makes sense since I was reading Alan Moore's run at Swamp Thing at the age of six. Weird ginger, party of one, my table is ready.
I just finished this Generation of Swine by that maniac journalist, Hunter S. Thompson. A bit more revelant for me than Fear and Loathing on the Campaign Trail 72' though I was still a young pup nursing on the teat of life. Good read. Looking forward to the book coming by way of Amazon, Better Than Sex: Confessions of a Political Junkie. Delicious. What are your thoughts on the ole gent HST? Like em'? Hate him? Don't know how he is? If you've never read either writers give them a chance, you might like them. If you have read them give the books a second or third read through and enjoy all over again.
